B2B Sales/Business Development Representative

Pay: $36,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Job Description:

Vero Financial Group (VFG) is a growing financial services specializing in employee benefits and personal financial advisory. We partner with businesses and individuals to deliver cost-effective strategies that build long-term financial security.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on developing new business, building client relationships, and expanding our presence in the employee benefits and financial services market.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow quickly, with a clear path into leadership and the ability to build and manage a team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business

  • Prospect and connect with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers

  • Present and implement solutions, including: Group Benefits, supplemental and voluntary benefits, retirement and financial planning strategies

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools

  • Manage client relationships and provide ongoing service and support

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple product lines

  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings

  • Collaborate with internal partners and carriers to deliver tailored solutions

  • Negotiate plan design and pricing to meet client needs


Qualifications
  • 1–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or financial services

  • Employee benefits or insurance experience preferred but not required

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated with a high level of drive and accountability

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-based environment

  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers

  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)


Compensation & Benefits
  • Commission-based compensation with performance incentives

  • Expected earnings: $40,000 – $150,000+ per year
